Alkrothal 3 is a ferritic FeCrAl alloy that is recommended for use at temperatures up to 1000 deg C (1830 deg F). Typical applications are in rheostats and braking resistors. It is also used as electrical heating elements in industrial applications. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties.
