Inco-Weld C-276 (ERNiCrMo-4) is a NiCrMo filler metal with increased molybdenum, tungsten, and reduced niobium and is suited to both gas metal arc welding (GMAW) or gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) processes, either manually or fully automated. The alloy offers strength levels consistently exceeding the minimum requirement of the 9% Ni steels, excellent Charpy impact toughness at −196 deg C (−321 deg F), and improved wire delivery to the weld pool resulting from controlled filler metal processing.
