Nirosta 4427 is a molybdenum, 18-11-3 type austenitic stainless steel with molybdenum content at the high end of the standard range for type 316 stainless steel. With a higher sulfur content, this grade is specifically aimed at machining. The alloy is often referred to as Type 316F in the United States.
