Swissmetal alloy SM466C is a Cu-Ni-Si alloy that is age hardenable to medium strength while maintaining a relatively high electrical conductivity. The alloy is readily hot stamped and used in railroad bolting. The alloy is also called Nibrofor I and Sikudor I.
