Sandvik 3R66 is an austenitic grade with low interstitial element levels of carbon and nitrogen. Although many applications exist for clean steels, the alloy was developed specifically for electronic tubing for the production of microchips. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness.
