BETHLEHEM 67 CHISEL is the general-purpose, tungsten-type of shock-resisting tool steel. It has excellent properties for cold battering tools and hot-work shock applications. It is characterized by unusual toughness, resistance to fatigue and relative ease of heat treatment. This datasheet provides information on composition, hardness, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness. It also includes information on forming, heat treating, and machining.
