Uddeholm Ramax S is a 17-chromium alloyed-stainless holder steel that is supplied in the hardened and tempered condition. The alloy has both excellent corrosion resistance and machinability. Applications include corrosive plastic molds. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness.
