UCI-270 is a cast, cobalt and tungsten stabilized, nickel-chromium-iron alloy having unequaled performance in high-temperature applications to 2300 F (1260 C). Among its many uses are components for heat-treating furnaces, cement kilns, petrochemical furnace tubes, and refining furnace tubes. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, and hardness as well as creep. It also includes information on high temperature performance and corrosion resistance as well as casting, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: SS-696.
