CENTRALLOY 4848 (HK-40) is a cast austenitic 25% chromium-20% nickel-stainless steel. A balanced composition provides excellent structural stability, high stress rupture strength and good resistance to oxidation and carburization. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, and tensile properties as well as creep.
