THYRAPID PM4 HS is a high carbon, vanadium alloyed steel with an addition of sulfur (0.20-0.25%) to aid in the machining of large bars. The material is produced by the rapid solidification process to eliminate normal sulfide stringers. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and bend strength.
