AA 5454 is a wrought non-heat-treatable aluminum/magnesium alloy. It is a solid solution alloy of relatively high strength capable of some further strengthening by cold work. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and shear strength. It also includes information on low and high temperature performance, and corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Al-314.
