Abstract
CARPENTER MP35N alloy is a nickel/cobalt/chromium/molybdenum alloy with ultra-high strength, good ductility and toughness. It is highly resistant to corrosion including sulfidation, high-temperature oxidation and hydrogen embrittlement. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and shear strength as well as fracture toughness, creep, and fatigue. It also includes information on low and high temperature performance, and corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Co-82. Producer or source: Carpenter. Originally published October 1987, revised November 1991.
