Mechanical properties of commercially pure grades of titanium are controlled primarily by various amounts of oxygen additions. The two most popular grades in bar form are those with minimum yield strengths of 40 and 70 ksi; ASTM B348 Grade 2 (Allvac 40) and ASTM B348 Grade 4 (Allvac 70), respectively. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as creep.
