Abstract
UNS No. Z33531 is a zinc-base alloy containing about 4% aluminum and 1% copper. It is primarily a die casting alloy, having somewhat higher strength than UNS Z33521. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, tensile properties, and compressive and shear strength as well as fracture toughness. It also includes information on low and high temperature performance, and corrosion resistance as well as casting, forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Zn-46. Producer or source: Zinc alloy producers.
