Abstract

UNS Z33520 is a zinc-base alloy containing about 4% aluminum. It has no intentionally added copper. It is a relatively ductile (bendable and shapable) die casting alloy. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, tensile properties, and compressive and shear strength as well as fracture toughness. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as casting, forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Zn-45. Producer or source: Zinc alloy producers.
