Abstract

INCO alloy 020 is an austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy. Its relatively high nickel content provides resistance to stress-corrosion cracking. Molybdenum gives the alloy good resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion; chromium makes it resistant to oxidation and niobium confers resistance to intergranular attack. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on high temperature performance and corrosion resistance as well as heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: SS-498. Producer or source: Inco Alloys International Inc..
