SANDVIK SAF 2304 is a duplex (ferritic-austenitic) stainless steel of extra-low carbon content. Its yield strength is about double that of austenitic stainless steels and it has very good resistance to stress-corrosion cracking. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness. It also includes information on low and high temperature performance, and corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: SS-483.
