UNITEMP 625 is a nickel-base, austenitic, solution-strengthened high-performance alloy that provides excellent resistance to both high-temperature gaseous corrosion and aqueous corrosion coupled with good strength and stress-rupture properties to 1800 F. The alloy has good resistance to stress-corrosion cracking. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, tensile properties, and shear strength as well as fracture toughness and creep. It also includes information on high temperature performance and corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Ni-344.
