BRUSH Alloy 165 has slightly less yield and fatigue strengths than the somewhat higher beryllium-content copper-beryllium alloy. It is cheaper and may be substituted when design requirements are less demanding. It is easily worked to provide complex shapes. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fatigue. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, and joining. Filing Code: Cu-532. Producer or source: Brush Wellman Inc..
