Abstract
Copper Alloy No. C43400 is a copper-zinc-tin alloy that can be cold worked readily by all conventional processes. It has moderate strength and good ductility. This alloy is used typically for electrical switch parts, contacts and relay springs. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and shear strength. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, joining, and surface treatment. Filing Code: Cu-488. Producer or source: Brass mills.
