Abstract
ALUMINUM 535.0 is a high-purity aluminum alloy of the aluminum-magnesium type. It possesses a high and stable combination of strength, shock resistance and ductility in the cast condition. Among its many applications are armament, hardware, cooking utensils, highway trailers, textile machinery and marine components. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and shear strength as well as fatigue. It also includes information on high temperature performance and corrosion resistance as well as casting, forming, heat treating, machining, and surface treatment. Filing Code: Al-254. Producer or source: Various aluminum companies.
