INCO-WELD A Electrode is a nickel-base alloy developed for shielded metal-arc welding of INCONEL alloys 600 and 601 and INCOLOY alloy 800H to be exposed to elevated temperatures (up to about 1600 F). This electrode also is used widely for various dissimilar combinations of austenitic and ferritic steels and high-nickel alloys in all positions. This datasheet provides information on composition and tensile properties. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and surface treatment.
