ALUMINUM 710.0 is a natural-aging aluminum alloy produced by sand casting. It develops high mechanical properties without a quenching heat treatment. This alloy has high resistance to shock and excellent resistance to corrosion. Aluminum 710.0 is recommended for highly stressed castings. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, tensile properties, and compressive and shear strength as well as fatigue. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as casting, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Al-247. Producer or source: Various aluminum companies.
