ZIRCADYNE 705 is a zirconium-niobium (columbium) alloy which contains 2-3% niobium. Because of its excellent resistance to many corrosive media and its good mechanical and heat transfer properties, Zircadyne 705 has found widespread use in many chemical process applications. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as creep and fatigue. It also includes information on high temperature performance and corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, joining, and surface treatment. Filing Code: Zr-8.
