Abstract
Copper Alloy No. C93700 is a cast bronze with relatively low strength, good machinability and good corrosion resistance. Commercial names formerly used (not recommended) are (1) High-Leaded Tin Bronze, (2) Ingot No. 305, (3) Bushing and Bearing Bronze and (4) 80-10-10. Its many applications include bearings, bushings, impellers and pressure-tight castings. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and compressive and shear strength as well as fracture toughness, creep, and fatigue. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as casting, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Cu-421. Producer or source: Copper alloy foundries.
