Abstract

AMPCO 495 is a copper-aluminum-manganese-iron-nickel alloy characterized by high hardness and strength, excellent resistance to corrosion and good resistance to fatigue and wear. It is suited for service up to 700 F. Its many uses include bushings, valves, marine hardware and safety tools. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties.
