ALUMINUM 5252 is a high-purity aluminum-magnesium alloy of moderate strength, good fabricating characteristics and excellent resistance to corrosion. It is highly resistant to denting and is used widely as trim in the automotive industry and for a wide variety of other industrial products. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and shear strength.
