Abstract
OLIN Alloy 194 was developed to provide a low-cost, high-conductivity, high-strength alloyed copper. It meets these requirements in many and varied applications. Typical uses are electrical terminals and contacts, electrical switches, eyelets and flexible hose. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness, creep, and fatigue. It also includes information on low and high temperature performance, and corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Cu-360. Producer or source: Olin Corporation, Brass Group.
