Abstract
NIMAG 60 is a non-magnetic nickel alloy with good resistance to oxidation at high temperatures and to corrosion in many environments. It is a solid-solution alloy that can be hardened only by cold working and it has excellent mechanical properties with a desirable combination of high strength and good workability. It has many electrical and electronic applications. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and compressive and shear strength as well as fracture toughness, creep, and fatigue. It also includes information on low and high temperature performance, and corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, joining, and surface treatment. Filing Code: Ni-240.
