Copper Alloy No. 165 is a copper-cadmium-tin alloy with low strength and high ductility in the annealed condition. In the hard-drawn condition, characterized by high strength and low ductility, it is used widely as an electrical conductor. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fatigue. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Cu-327. Producer or source: Copper and copper alloy mills.
