Abstract
ALLOY 875 is an iron-chromium-aluminum electrical-resistance alloy with excellent resistance to oxidation at elevated temperatures. It was developed primarily for use as the heating element in industrial furnaces, kilns and other equipment where continuous operating temperatures up to 2350 F may be required. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, and tensile properties as well as creep. It also includes information on high temperature performance and corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: SS-345. Producer or source: Hoskins Manufacturing Company.
