FEDERATED F430 is a heat-treatable aluminum-copper-silicon casting alloy with good castability, machinability and corrosion resistance. It is produced by sand casting and is a general-purpose alloy recommended in both the as-cast and heat-treated conditions. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and compressive and shear strength as well as fracture toughness and fatigue.
