UNITEMP 1420WM is a hardenable 12% chromium stainless steel containing nickel, molybdenum, tungsten and vanadium additions to attain high strength up to 1200 F. Its good creep-rupture properties and resistance to stress-corrosion cracking make this steel well suited for jet engines and many other high-temperature applications. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness, creep, and fatigue.
