Copper Alloy No. 687 is a copper-zinc-aluminum alloy with high resistance to corrosion and erosion; in addition, it has good strength and ductility and can be cold worked and cold formed readily. It is chiefly used in the form of tubes for various types of equipment such as condensers and heat exchangers. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Cu-313. Producer or source: Brass mills.
