ALLOY 52 is a controlled-expansion alloy developed for glass-to-metal seals for some of the soft glasses and some ceramics. Its rate of expansion is almost constant up to approximately 1050 F (565 C). This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties.
