Abstract
Copper Alloy No. 370 is a medium-leaded brass (formerly known as Free-Cutting Muntz metal) with good machinability. It is suitable for high-speed screw machine work and is used for a wide variety of products such as gears, nuts and washers. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Cu-311. Producer or source: Brass mills.
