Abstract
Type CF-20 is an austenitic iron-chromium-nickel alloy that serves satisfactorily in many types of oxidizing corrosion service where its superior ductility and toughness make it more useful that the ferritic iron-chromium ACI Type CB-30. Its many uses include the architectural, food and chemical industries. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as casting, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: SS-323. Producer or source: Stainless steel foundries.
