Abstract
ALUMINUM B514.0 is an aluminum sand casting alloy recommended where excellent resistance to corrosion and tarnishing are required. It has moderate strength and pressure tightness. Cooking utensils and marine applications are among its uses. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and compressive and shear strength. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as casting, heat treating, and joining. Filing Code: Al-220. Producer or source: Various aluminum companies.
