COPPER ALLOY No. 482 is a copper-zinc alloy containing a medium-sized (0.4-1.0%) addition of lead to provide free-machining characteristics. It has good mechanical properties and good resistance to corrosion. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and shear strength.
