Abstract
UNITEMP 1415NW is a high-strength modification of the hardenable, martensitic 12% chromium stainless steel. It has both corrosion and oxidation resistance through its useful temperatures range which is up to about 1050 F. Its applications include compressor blades of gas turbines and turbine discs. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness, creep, and fatigue. It also includes information on high temperature performance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, joining, and surface treatment. Filing Code: SS-300. Producer or source: Cyclops.
