Abstract
COLMONOY No. 69 is a nickel-base hard-surfacing alloy incorporating the attractive qualities of Colmony No. 6 plus greatly improved out-of-position fusing characteristics. Its extended plastic range means that sagging and running of other-than-horizontal surfaces during finishing is virtually eliminated. It is supplied as an atomized powder of application with Wall Colmonoy's SPRAYWELD Process. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and compressive strength as well as fracture toughness.
