Ag-Ni-Con: Silver Nickel Contact Material

Ag-Ni-Con comprises a family of silver-nickel materials ranging from 100% fine silver to 50% silver-50% nickel (by weight). These materials are used in many contact applications where they provide the desired resistance to mechanical and electrical wear and the electrical and thermal conductivity demanded for the application. They are powder metallurgy products. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, microstructure, hardness, and tensile properties.
