MUELLER ALLOY 6700 is a high-strength manganese bronze which conforms to CDA No. 670. A series of numbers is used to indicate the temper, i.e. 6700 is soft temper, 6701 is half hard and 6702 is hard. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fatigue. It also includes information on high temperature performance and corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Cu-228.
