Abstract
HAYNES Alloy No. 188 is a cobalt-base alloy which has excellent high-temperature strength, outstanding oxidation resistance, and good post-aging ductility. It is recommended for aircraft engine components. (U.S. Pat. 3,418,111 This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness and creep. It also includes information on low and high temperature performance, and corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, and joining. Filing Code: Co-62. Producer or source: Stellite Division, Cabot Corporation.
