Abstract
PYROMET X-15 is a low-carbon, martensitic alloy which can be age hardened to give high strength with excellent ductility and notch toughness from room temperature to 1050 F. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness, creep, and fatigue. It also includes information on high temperature performance and corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: SS-242. Producer or source: Carpenter.
