MUELLER 6162 is a general purpose alloy for use where high strength and corrosion resistance are necessary, but where high hardness is not a factor. It is recommended for fasteners, bearings, valve stems, gears and pole line hardware. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties.
