COPPER Nos. 113, 114, 115 and 116 are tough pitch coppers containing varying quantities of silver. At ambient temperatures, their properties are the same as those of tough pitch copper. Silver is added to increase the resistance to softening at elevated temperatures. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and shear strength as well as creep. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Cu-221. Producer or source: Copper and copper alloy mills.
