COPPER Alloy No. 240 is a copper-zinc alloy having high ductility and malleability combined with good corrosion resistance and relative freedom from intergranular corrosion and embrittlement. It is recommended for pump lines, flexible hose and ornamental work. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and shear strength as well as fatigue.
