ALUMINUM A-214 is an aluminum-magnesium-zinc permanent mold and die casting alloy. It is recommended for food handling and chemical plant equipment. It does not respond to an age-hardening heat treatment. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and compressive and shear strength as well as fatigue.
