Abstract
AISI No. 634 is a transformation and precipitation hardening stainless steel. It is used for applications such as pressure vessels, aircraft constructural components and jet engine compressor components. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and shear strength as well as creep. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, joining, and surface treatment. Filing Code: SS-190. Producer or source: Stainless steel mills.
